Before arriving Tokyo we will be visiting Bangkok and Hong Kong.

How long does it take for the courier?
Can the hotel reception receive the courier with thre absence of us?
We are planning to use the JRPass for the below routes, does it worth buying the JRpass or normal tickets?

Kyoto to osaka round trip
Kyoto to hyroshima round trip
Kyoto to tokyo
Tokyo station to narita airport
Can we use the trains with our luggages?
