I am planning on arriving into Narita airport on 16th Jan. I will travel from the airport into Tokyo for two days. On the 18th jan I will travel from Tokyo to Fukushima City. I will spend 4 days in Fukushima and possibly visit Sendia before returning to Tokyo on the evening of 22nd Jan. I will travel to Narija airport on 23 th Jan

Hello there,

A one way ticket Tokyo - Fukushima is ¥ 8,950. This would not be enough for a JR Pass to pay off, even if you make a return. So I would advise buying normal tickets for your travel.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Daniel. I will take your advice. Can I buy tickets online?

No, at least not without speaking Japanese and having a Japanese creditcard.

There are plenty of seats, so you can just buy the tickets upon arrival.
