I lost my jacket in Shinkansen Kodama train from Odawara to Shin-Osaka. Is there anyway to try to retrieve it? Should I go to the Shin-Osaka station lost and found? Cheers, Miika

Sorry to hear about your lost jacket.
The best thing to do is contact JR West lost and found at Shin-Osaka station.
The phone numbers are:
0570-00-2486 or 078-382-8686
but in Japanese only!
