Hi Anna,
You can take the train from Ojikoen to Sannomiya (the central station in Kobe) and from there transfer to the ''Kobe City Subway Seishin-Yamate Line'' to Shin-Kobe or walk from Sannomiya, which takes about 20 minutes. Here is the route in Hyperida.
Possibly you could just walk there from the Zoo too, here is a link from google maps, so you can get a feel for the distance and route, I think it will take less than 30 minutes.
