Just wondering what the best way to get from Kyoto to Nagano, yamanouchi, Sano. Specifically wanting to go to the Aburaya Tousen ryokan! And also how long it will take?

JR Limited Express Shinano 9 departs from JR Kyoto station at 0925 to arrive at JR Nagano at 1353.

It says The hotel is located 7 minute walk from Yudanaka Station.
