Yes, I know this question has been asked here before, but the answers weren't quite enough unfortunately.
I ordered a JR PASS two days ago, and received an order number.
I checked how to track the shipment, and realized that after the purchase I should receive a tracking number with which I can track the order.
Thinking that the order number I received immediately after the purchase is also the tracking number, I tried to enter it on the FedEx and UPS websites, but both websites claim that there is no such order even two days after the purchase.
I checked the order confirmation email again and did not find any other number there.
Also, I did not receive any further email from JR Pass after that, nor from FedEx or UPS.
How can I track my order?
