Haneda airport - Osaka/kyoto - Hakone - Tokyo (7 days)

1.) I'd recommend a 7 day JR Pass for your travel. The 7 day JR Pass is about the same price as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Osaka, any other travel you may do after basically is free :)

2.) Yes please order the JR Pass in advance as it is not purchasable in Japan.

3.) The 7 day JR Pass is 29,100yen.

The JR Pass is valid on all JR lines (including the Shinkansen), local JR buses, the Tokyo Monorail. It is for instance very handy for local travel on the JR Network in Osaka and Tokyo, as most places can be found.

There's not really one time table for Haneda - Osaka as there are multiple transfers. Trains depart at least every 30 minutes and you never have to wait long.

The route basically is Haneda -> Hamamatsucho by Monorail
Hamamatsucho -> Tokyo station by Yamanote line
Tokyo -> Shin-Osaka by Shinkansen
Shin-Osaka, transport to your accommodation.

I would advise reserving tickets for the Tokyo - Shin-Osaka part, the other parts don't have seat reservations.

correct me if i'm wrong.

7 days JR pass covers my traveling from Haneda -> Osaka/ Kyoto -> Hakone -> Tokyo.

How do i reserve the ticket Tokyo -> Shin-Osaka?

Do you recommend to travel at Tokyo 1st before Osaka/Kyoto or travel to Osaka once we land at the airport.

You are correct.

You can reserve seats at any manned JR ticket counter. Show your JR Pass and tell the JR staff where you wish to travel.
