I've searched online, but am struggling to find an answer to this. I'm travelling to Japan soon and would like to experience the Gran Class on the Shinkansen. I'm looking at travelling between Tokyo and Kanazawa on the Hokuriku Shinkansen. I believe this service offers a food and drinks menu (as I can see food isn't offered on all Gran Class journeys), but is it likely/possible that this service isn't offered on early morning trains (as I'm contemplating getting the first/one of the first trains of the day)? Many thanks.
