We forgot our jrpass voucher in our house the the US. Is there anyone here knows what we should do. We arrived in Japan today.

Sorry to hear about that! You have a couple of options:
1.) Ask if someone you know can forward it to you in Japan in case you do not plan on using it right away.
2.) Buy a new pass on arrival and apply for a refund was you get back.
