Knowing that each station usually has toilets but what about the train itself?

Hi there,
Commuter trains as build to hold as many people as possible, and generally do not have toilets on board. It would be impossible to move to reach during rush hour in any case.
I checked, and as far as I could find out, there are no toilets on these trains.
