I want to know if I can pay the shinkansen train with credit card at the station
I am going to Kawaguchiko and after to Kioto.
I don't know exactly at what time I want to take the shinkansen train to Kioto. ¿Can I just get to the station and buy a ticket for the next train that is going from Tokio to Kioto?
I am not sure about the Japan Rail Pass, can you tell me the cheapest way to buy Japan rail pass?

2.) You can find route details using www.hyperdia.com, or you could just go to the station and get on the train :)
