Can Daniel san advise me how I can book tours at Imperial Palace at Kyoto & the Palace Gardens in Tokyo. I understand there are huge crowds and unless I have a booking I would not be able to visit ?
I would be visiting Japan in the 3rd week of May 2016 and have already acquired my JR Pass Exchange Order

I think the reservations should be made separately and I would avoid weekends where possible.
