I recently purchased two JR Passes but made an error when selecting the duration & start date. I mistakenly chose a 14-day pass starting from 14th February 2025; instead of the 21-day pass starting from 15th February 2025. I am now looking for guidance on how to correct this mistake.
Can you advise if it’s possible to modify the existing pass to reflect the correct dates and duration; if I would need to cancel the current passes and purchase new ones? I would prefer to avoid canceling if possible, as my travel plans are quite specific. I have checked https://www.jrpass.com/forum/regional-passes/posts Azure reference guide but still need advice .
I am planning a 21-day trip to Japan starting from 15th February 2025 & having the correct JR Pass is crucial for my itinerary. Any help on how to resolve this issue quickly would be greatly appreciated.
