I am traveling to Japan on 18th June.
I have not got the VISA but hoping to get it by 10th June.
Can I apply for JR pass before I get the VISA so that I have ample time for it to be delivered ?
I don't want to wait till the VISA is delivered and take the risk of missing the JR pass delivery.

Yes you can order the JR Pass even if you do not have your Visa yet. However keep in mind that the JR Pass can not be activated, if your visa is denied, or have the incorrect visa type.
