Hi,
I'm arriving Kansai on April 14 at 8:30AM and departing on April 20 at 11AM. Can anyone help me on how to maximize my JR Pass if I want to visit Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Osaka and Kyoto?

Hi there,
You could do something like:
Day 1 Arrival at Kansai Airport - Explore Kyoto
Day 2 Kyoto
Day 3 Travel to Tokyo early and explore Tokyo.
Day 4 Tokyo
Day 5 day trip from Tokyo to Fuji (see this page for details).
Day 6 Travel to Osaka, explore Osaka.
Day 7 Travel back to Airport and flight home.
