Hi,
May i know what is the easiest/ affordable way to travel from:
1) Tokyo ( haneda airport) to Mount Fuji
2) Mount Fuji to Kyoto
3) Kyoto to Tokyo (shinjuku)
Thank you! This is my first time to Japan and i am feeling lost with the various train/line names.

There are many ways to Fuji and different areas around the mountain to visit. See this link for all the details:

From Kyoto - Tokyo, take a bullet train directly from Kyoto station to Tokyo station. From there you can use a local line to Shinjuku.
