Having revised our itinerary it seems we might benefit from the 14 day day pass rather than a 7 day pass which I have just purchased.
Is it possible to cancel the 7 day, and get a refund so I can purchase a 14 day pass?
Purchase number available... don't want to put it up here though!

Hi there,
It is possible to return your 7 day JR Pass and buy a new 14 day JR Pass. Please contact us as support@jrpass.com with your wishes and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please note that a processing fee applies to every returned JR Pass.
An other option is to buy a 2nd 7 day JR Pass.
