I am planning on taking gran class from Tokyo - Shin-Hakodate on May 1st in the early morning (Hayabusa 1)
some questions I have
1. Does Gran Class offer vegeterian/vegan options for passengers? if they do, do in need to put it on my ticket or anywhere?
2. Where would you put your oversized luggage or luggage in Gran class (in the videos i see i dont see it in the cart)
3. are there gran class attendants in the early morning trains (6:30 am train)

Yes, Gran Class will offer vegetarian options for meals and drinks - you don't need to put this on your ticket, the staff on board will accommodate you.
The Gran Class should offer space for oversized luggage - you will be required to reserve a seat with oversized baggage space when you do make your reservations.
There will be Gran Class attendants at that time, don't worry !
