I was just wondering if, there are lines in Tokyo that are apart of the JR pass which don't have JR prefix? Like the Ginza line? or Oedo line? Fukutoshin line? Are these included in the JR pass?

Hi,
City subway lines like you mention are not covered under the pass.
If you want to know what lines are covered in Tokyo, you can see a map of them here and the full JR Pass covers all of them as well.
Good luck.
