I know that the JR Sanyo-San'in Area Pass covers the Takamatsu Station. But it seems that there is no exchange counters at Takamatsu Station for the JR Sanyo-San'in Area Pass. Does anyone know whether I can activate the JR Sanyo-San'in Area Pass there if my first stop in Japan is Takamatsu?

Hi there,
Unfortunately no, the pass cannot be exchanged at Takamutsu. If you are flying in from Kansai Airport you can exchange it at the Kansai Airport Station.
