I ordered 2 JR Passes and realised I'd typed the incorrect surname for one of the travellers. I know this will be problematic once in Japan because details need to match passport details. I have sent out numerous messages via website contact box, emails to [email protected], messages via facebook and Linkedin. There has been no response.
Please let me know soonest if this can be corrected before delivery.
Or if I need to cancel to order (get refunded) and place order again.
Would be great to hear anything from you.
