I need to change the jrpass & booking seat for my 7 day jrpass at Ueno and at the same day i plan to visit hakone.
Do u think i have enough time to finish the whole tour in hakone in one day ?

Hmmm - It's certainly possible to visit Hakone in 1 day. You should be able to easily exchange your pass in Ueno, so there will be no delay there. Bear in mind that Hakone is best visited with an overnight stay as it is an onsen town. If you can try and book a stay there to get the most out of the trip.
