UPS request for information

Hi All,

UPS lost my package, now they wont refund the full value as stated here:

we will need to know how much is the profit range, amount of service, fees and price for reprint descripted on the invoice to process the refund.

The reason for this is because due to the terms and conditions of UPS section 55.2 - Phonecards, Tickets, Gift cards and similar, we are not authorized to process the payment for the requested value of the ticket since UPS can only cover the cost of the reprinting of the tickets. If you wish to proceed with the payment, the only way is to have an invoice that demonstrates the total cost of reprinting fee provided by the supplier.

Is there a way for me to get such a invoice?
