Hi, my travel agency just bought my JRPass, buy they bought a regular one. I'll be staying 16 days on Japan and my travel plan is like this: Osaka-Nara-Kyoto-Tokyo-Nozawa-Tokyo, so I was thinking on buying the Green Pass, is it possible to upgrde it now that the pass is on its way?

Unfortunately you can't upgrade your current JRPass, if you really want to travel Green class you can return the old voucher and buy a green class pass, beware though as a fee may apply for returning the voucher.
