Hi,
I want to ask the 7 days or 14 days JR Pass will able for me to travel Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka or even
to Fukuoka then back to Tokyo ?

Hi there!
Yes the JR Pass covers the Shinkansen to both Tokyo and all the way down to Osaka and even Fukuoka.
I would recommend a 7 Day JR Pass for this route as it would give you the best savings by far.
When you look up Fukuoka station online, be sure to use Hakata! This is the name of the station for Fukuoka and looking for Fukuoka would give you a completely different place.
