Hi,

I'm arriving in Kansai Airport on 28th September , and this is my plan for the following...

Day 1 - 4 will be at Mt fuji
Day 4 - 7 will be at Kyoto
Day 7 -10 will be at Osaka

My Question is, will it be worth it to buy the JR Pass Or is individually buying tickets more worth it?
Does the JR Pass cover bus rides too ?

I appreciate your comments and recommendations.

Thank you

Hi there,

I’d suggest purchasing your tickets individually, it’s likely to be your most cost-effective option. The JR Pass will cover JR-operated bus routes, if you’re interested, but most of these are inter-city transport links rather than local routes.

Hope this helps!

Alexis
