I plan to use JR Pass for travel from Tokyo to Sapporo on 28 Dec, I just wondering that this date may the peak day, and will be out of seat because this line is All-Reserved seat, Does this line usually full booked on this date? Can I stand on reserved seat car or any option? I can't booking via Internet because I will arrive Tokyo on Dec 27 @ 10 PM. If I reserve seat I have to get the ticket before 9 PM :(

Hi there!
This is a hard one to call, travel around new year can be very busy. Then again trains depart very frequently and have hundreds of seats so I do think that you will be able to find a seat (perhaps) on a train later. I would recommend making the seat reservations when you arrive at Narita Airport, this way you have to best change to get your tickets.
You could also reserve the tickets via the website, they will become available around 9 PM again if you don't pick them up but this is only a small window of time that they may be sold out, you will have to pay 300yen though because you did not collect the tickets on time.
