If I buy a rail pass in the UK but I do not use it - can I get my money back also subject to the deduction of 10%? Or is this only if I buy through the JR only website?

Hi there,
If you do not use your rail pass you are entitled to a refund up to 1 year from the date of purchase. You can either refund it in Japan or refund it with the agency used to purchase your ticket. Our current refund charge is 15% for orders purchased online.
Hope this helps!
