I just purchased three 7 day Shinkansen tickets and want to confirm that they will arrive in Hawaii via Fed Ex overnight? We leave in less than two weeks but the 7 day passes are to start on October 14th. I'm concerned that the exchange order needed before departure will not arrive before October 8th.

Hi there,
I assume you mean JR Pass exchange orders - and yes this should be the case as we offer FedEx Next-Day delivery, but you’ve allowed 2 weeks so you should be fine.
