I received my exchange orders for me and my 11 year old son but they mixed up my adult and child status on the voucher. It says child on mine and adult on my 11 year olds voucher. Are they still valid? Both of us would be present with passports when they are activated. Would they be understanding of this mistake and hand over the tickets anyhow or do both tickets need to be replaced? Im very anxious about the situation and its my sons birthday in a few days so I need to make sure its issued in time as he turns 12 on the 17th of January. Also, would an adult pass be valid for a child? Thank you
