I bought the JR pass for a client. How long does it take for them to get this in the mail they leave 3/17 for Japan. Also, what is the regional pass for they are flying into Tokyo will be visiting Osaka and Kyoto as well.

Hi there,
What country is it being shipped to? They should receive it before that date. The Hokuriku Arch Pass will cover that itinerary as well.
