Are the Train Suite Shiki-Shima and Twilight Express Mizukaze covered by the japan rail pass please? And am i correct that they are full for 2019?

Hi there,
These are basically luxury hotels on wheels and not anywhere considered a normal train, trips can cost over 10.000 usd, as such your JR Pass can't be used on them.
They are indeed very popular and often sold out months in advance.
