The JR Rail pass website states that
"Shinkansen Nozomi and Mizuho high-speed trains (reserved and non-reserved seats) will be included in the JR Pass from October 2023. To travel on these trains, a special ticket must be purchased in addition to the JR Pass."
We will be travelling October, 2024. We really want to try the Nozomi. One way from Tokyo to Hiroshima, how much extra is the special ticket? I am in a wheelchair, so will need to go and make reservation anyway. We will be travelling around Japan for a couple of weeks, so will buy the JR Pass.
