Will my 7 day JR pass work from Mt Fijii to Nagano?

Hi again,
It depends where from where in the Fuji area you are. If you come from Tokyo (your previous question) you can take the same train back to Otsuki and from there you can use the JR-Pass to travel on to Nagano.
