My Itinerary ( need JR Pass suggestion)

Hi, My family and I (total 3 adults) are on a 12 day trip to Japan and below is my itinerary, need your help in suggesting the Need and type of JR Pass I should buy.

Tokyo - 3 days
Travel from Tokyo to Hakone

Hakone- 1 Day
Travel from Hakone to Kyoto

Kyoto - 3 days
Travel from Kyoto to Osaka

Osaka - 3 days
(From Osaka 1 day trip to Hiroshima) Travel from Osaka to Tokyo

Tokyo - 1 day
Travel back to Narita Airport from Tokyo.

Need your help in suggesting the type of JR Pass I should take and any other suggestions.

Hi there,

For your itinerary it is likely to be more cost-effective to purchase your tickets individually. However, the JR Pass will cover all of your itinerary and so it is still an option worth looking into if you feel that a pass is better suited for you.

To get to Hakone, you'll need to either purchase different rail or bus tickets as direct transport is not covered by any JR-operated transport - this can be done from Odawara Station.
