can i buy 2 pass/es for use at different date/s? Instead of me taking the air, i want to use the train going to Miyagi from Narita then use the train again from Miyagi to Narita. i will be staying for 2 months. Is it true if i take the express from Tokyo to Narita i have to pay? What about the sleeper train, do i add money or i can't totally use the pass on it?

Hi Henry!

There's no limited to the amount of passes that you can buy so getting two passes is totally okay!.

As for what is covered: The Narita Express is included in the JR Pass so you don't have to pay to travel from the Airport (and back) to Tokyo. As for Sleeper Trains, some trains are covered in you take a basic seats while other will require an additional fee for sleeping compartments.

Hope this helps!
Daniel
