I am traveling from shinjuku in tyoko to shiojiro. Will I be able to reserve two seats and I will be taking oversized luggage I need to reserve

Hi there,
When travelling from Shinjuku Station to Shiojiri Station in Nagano, seat reservations can be made at any JR Station ticket office (Midori-no-madoguchi). If you have oversized luggage, you can store them in the luggage racks found in Carriages 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, and 12.
