Hi there,
The oversized luggage compartments allow luggage up to 160 cm - 250 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height). You will need to reserve a seat with a compartment or oversized baggage space on the Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi Kyushu Shinkansen.
