Hello!
Our Hotel is located in Narita, and we will be from Kansai Airport. The name of the Hotel is Hotel Nikko Narita is it fully covered by JRpass? when i checked hyperdia, it says some of the routes are not covered? Please help.
Also we will be visiting Tokyo too, it's pretty far away from Narita. Will it be covered by JRPass?

Hi there!
Yes the train ride from Kansai Airport (KIX) is completely covered by the JR Pass. From Kansai Airport take the Haruka Express to Shin-Osaka, at Shin-Osaka transfer to the Shinkansen to Tokyo station, from Tokyo station take the Narita Express to Narita Terminal 2, you can take a free shuttle bus from here to your Hotel.
The trip from Narita Airport - Tokyo is also completely covered by the JR Pass and takes about 80min with the Narita Express.
