Thanks for your usual help. I will be travelling with small kids. The plan is to get to hotel earliest possible before we freshen up for dinner. But of course, budget is a concern.
To get from Kansai Airport to Universal Port Hotel, I am considering the following options but am confused and hope you will advise the best step:
ETA at KIX is 1525. I plan to convert the JR pass tickets at airport before going to hotel. Would I have enough time to catch the 1610 bus (http://www.kate.co.jp/pc/e_time_table/e_time.html)? If not the next bus is 1910 and this might be too much time at KIX.
If I take the train, it appears appropriate train is 1640:

Hopefully this is enough time.
Above link shows transfer 2 times. But it appears that I have to do only one transfer at Nishikujo station. Please advise.
If you have better suggestions, please advise.
