I plan to be seven days in Japan, arriving by plane to Osaka to visit Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara. Then we go to Tokyo for 3 days. I wonder if the JRPass can serve to go to those cities?

Yes all those places are covered by the JR Pass and you would make some amazing savings too by traveling that route.
