Hi there,
I'm afraid the Narita Exchange office closes at 9:45pm. To reach the shibapark from Narita I recommend you use the Airport limousine bus from Narita, or make your way into Tokyo using the Narita Express.

i have bought 7 day japan railpass from 27 sep.
I will reach Narita airport at 9.30 pm & may not be able to activate JR pass on same day.
Can i activate pass on 28 sep in tokyo & postpond activation date 1 day.

Hi there,
Yes, you'll be fine to activate your JR Pass on the following day inside Tokyo. The JR Pass can be activated anytime within 3 months of the date of purchase.
