Hi
We will travel 2 adults and 2 adolescents in arriving at Narita, to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Tokyo and back to Narita. Plan to go around those cities.

Is it worth it to buy a JR Pass for my trip or buy the Shinkansen separately for the trips between those big cities and use the Suica for the in cities transport?

Wait for your comments

Tks

Hello Rene,

Yes, a 7-day Japan Rail Pass is worth it for this trip. Assuming you would complete it within the validity period.

A Suica is always nice to have as well, for anything that is not covered by the JR Pass.

Kind regards,
Daniel
