My name vicente. I'd like to buy two passes, one regional for five days (Kansai-hiroshima) and another for seven days (Japan Rail Pass. Is allowed the same tourist to buy and use two passes?

Yes, you can purchase both the tourist passes and use them consecutively if you wish.
