If I buy the return Haruka tickets with the ICOCA package, can I use this return ticket from Nanba Station to Kansai Airport on the Nankai Limited Express.

Hi there,
The Nankai Limited Express is run by a different company so it won't be covered by the return ticket. You can use the Haruka Express from Osaka station however.
