I will arrived in Haneda Airport at 10:15p.m. in July. I wanna know if I can use my JR Rail Pass to go to Shinjuku.

Hi Danilo,
The exchange office at Haneda is open between 11:00-18:30. This means that you won't be able to activate your JR Pass the same day.
If you already have activated your JR Pass, than yes, the route from Haneda with the Monorail and Yamanote line to Shinjuku is fully covered!
