Sir what is the most convenient and fast train journey from Hakone to Kanazawa and is JR Pass valid on the full route or only part.

Hello there,
Here is the full route. Odawara station is the Shinkansen station for Hakone. From there you may still need additional travel to your accommodation.
The JR covers the full route but does not cover travel within Hakone.
