I want to visit the Chichibu Yomatsuri in a week.
Can I use my JR Pass to travel from Shinjuku station to Chichibu?

Hi Ortootto,
Unfortunately you can't use your JR Pass to travel (all the way) to Chichibu.
The best way to get there is to take the train from Shinjuku to Ikebukuro (free with JR pass) and from there take the Seibu Chichibu line (750Yen/One way) to Chichibu.
