Hello,
I see that after we order the JRPass we receive a voucher that we then exchange for an actual pass when we arrive in Japan. However, I haven't seen anything about being able to exchange it in the Hiroshima airport. Can you please confirm if there is a location around Hiroshima where I may be able to do so? And if not, is there a list of locations that do offer this service so that I can plan to go in order to get it?

Hi there,
There is no JR station or exchange station at Hiroshima airport.
You can take a bus (or other transport) to Hiroshima station and activate the JR Pass there.
