Hello,
May I ask which office I should look for at the Kansai International airport (KIX) to exchange the pass voucher for the JR pass? I couldn't find this information anywhere on the Internet.

Hi there!
You should head to the JR station in Kansai Airport, and exchange at the JR ticket office there. Here's a useful little map for guidance on getting to the JR station in the airport.
